Reservation data is stored only for booking and admin operations.

The rebuilt CarolinaPower Events app stores employee booking information in Neon so the team can manage event attendance, capacity, and follow-up communications.

Reservation details are limited to the information needed for the selected event: name, email, optional phone, party size, notes, slot, and status.

Admin access is protected separately from the employee booking gate, and booking notification emails are limited to the configured inbox for testing and event coordination.
